False promises

I got my daughter a contract at Virgin Active Milpark around August 2015 from a sales representative and I asked him for the gym bags that they normally give out.He said that they did not have stock of them at the time but as soon as they have them he will spare me one,when I met him two <br> weeks ago he had the gym bags with him and when I asked him for the one he promised me , he blatantly told me that I should take out another contact in order to get gymbag.I feel very disappointed .
