FALSE PROMISE

im disgusting and very angry at Virgin Active Workshop,i'm currently a member since 2015 , recently my friend has been shopping around for GYM as he was currently with ESCAPE GYM so i asked that he can come and check out Virgin Active Workshop to join me because so far im enjoying. after work we went there together, when were on the entrance were greeted by a Sales Rep named Tanda, i asked him to help my friend , he said \Okay , sure * he then continue to say *You know what if your friend sign up a contract with me, I WILL GIVE YOU a bag and i will give your friend a bag * we were so excited, i told my friend that please sign up so we can get those free bag, GUESS what? i didnt get my bag, i called the sales rep and ask where's my bag, he said come to the gym at 5pm i will be there i will definely give it to you, he asked if i had any more people who like to join? i then tell my other friend to join as well but everytime when i get there he giving me stories when i want my bag. i launched a complain to his Dept and left a message for his Manager to call me and he didnt bother to call , i guess i was not important enough for him to return my call.worse service.ever!!!"
