False promise

I joined virgin active at the Soweto branch Maponya and later transferred to the fichardtpark branch. I was told by sales consultant I will get a R900 adidas voucher if I train for 24days. I was never told I would forfeit the voucher if I were to make late payments. The only reason I forfeited is late payments. I contacted head office and visited the fichardtpark branch but my complaint was never taken into consideration at all. They've got no interest in hearing about my complaint yet they are quick to want the monthly fee. I was misled and given a false promise. I badly want to cancel my contract and join another gym. <br> Unsatisfied
