FALSE PRODUCTS SOLD/ SELDOM RESPOND ON REQUEST

When I requested to join virgin active I queried is the gym over member no sir there is no short on equipment not allot of members, since I joined in 2 hours you lucky to get to excises as the gym is extremely crowded, why would I pay for something I can't use???? Brought this matter up 2 months after I joined, no sir we will build a new gym along the line, so in the mean time I pay for something I cant use. Is this not against CPA(contract ( Right to disclosure and information Act/ right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety/ right to fair and honest dealings) <br> Now they are trying to convince me to pay 40% of the remaining contract to cancel. Why would I pay for something I cant use, that's why I am cancelling.... makes sense???
