FALSE MARKETING!!!

I opened my membership last month and the was a promotion that I will not be charged for the 1st month. The debit went through my account and I had to call the accounts department and they told me that's how it works and they will not debit me the following month. Yesterday 02/06/2023 my account was debited AGAIN!!!! I call the department again and the consultant who answered, Vuyo Nqikela said the department is busy and she will ask someone to call me back. I haven't received any call !!! This is false advertising and my decision to join was influenced incorrectly. Someone needs to fix this or I'm going to the OMBUDS!!!
