False marketing

Hi in Feb this year I was recruited to join. Virgin active in daifern Square, I didn't sign any contract I gave the guy that was recruiting me my acc no. ,he gave me a gym bag n access card , took me the gym for induction, 2 months back I was told not to come back in the gym since I have to go to Northgate, I don't stay in Northgate or work close there I joined because I work in daifern Square n the amount they were deducting was 380 this was a false marketing for me they were this was handled I'm not happy ,I was told to stop while they debited my money
