I joined virgin active Jabulani Mall 2018 in June/July a salesperson explained that the contract is 12 months which was great for me as most gym companies are 24 months. I signed the contract and my contract was supposed to end last year June/July but to my surprise they kept on deducting money from my account which I found strange I called the call center and I was told that the contract auto renewed, I asked the consultant how does the contract renew without me knowing as I signed a 12 month contract and I did not receive any renewal letter and I told that the contract is the same as a cellphone contract, I told the consultant that I did sign a cellphone contract but gym contract. I reversed the money and it happened again for two months called again and they told me the same thing and told me I should have canceled a month before it renewed. I am very angry and disappointed because I was **** to and now they took me to MBD for nonsense. I will not that money as I do not owe this stupid company
