False information and system problems with Alice lane Collection Virgin Active

I am having problems now with Virgin Active Alice lane Collection and MDB.

I have recently signed up at Virgin active Alice lane by Simphiwe who was great and confirmed there was no problems on my account.

I have been enjoying the gym for a month and a half with no problems and now I am being told I cant access the gym cause I owe fees on a contract 3 years ago and I need to contact MDB to sort this out. This is not the service I expect from a premium gym such as Alice Lane. Virgin Active gave MBD this so called account so I don't know why I have to do all this effort to sort it out when this wasn't told to me in the beginning.

This has now been sold to me under false pretensions. I have got my wife and friends to join and im sure they have no problems cancelling if this is not sorted out. Please contact me to resolve this
