My husband and I joined the gym on 8 April 2019. The consultant, Zibusiso Mbambo from Little falls was assisting us. We were never told about any activation fee to be paid. We took vitality as a result of this, to join the gym at Glenvista. We came to activate our vitality on Monday, 8 July 2019 and to our dismay, we were told of extra costs. We want to cancel our membership if this is what it costs for the gym to sign people up.
