False Information,

About +/- 2 months my wife and i was in Cape Town where we meet 1 of Virgin Actives consultants Eugene, this was Tableview Mall and they was opening up a new club a the centre of which Eugene stated they are having an opening special. I told that we were from JHB and this wouldn't make sense, however he stated not to worry as we could change the club we use at anytime. So you can imagine my surprise when i get back home only to find out that this is impossible (according to the staff member at the Randburg branch). Contacting Eugene a couple of times there after while according to him, it being a error on the branch side and being given the run around (KEEP IN MIND THAT MY WIFE AND I BEING MADE TO STAND ASIDE EVERYTIME WE TRIED TO USE THE CLUB). I did manage to in to the club after about 3 weeks and on a visitors access as well. i then tell Eugene to cancel my wife's and my contract as i am paying for nothing now and he stated i will the next day.... so yet again imagine my surprise when i get a call from Virgin Active stating i now have an outstanding balance against me. i told the call centre agent the entire rundown and that i wanted to cancelled it yet again and i want nothing to do with Virgin Active and her response being that she can write of the outstanding balance if i take a new contract with her, of which i declined and told her i want it cancelled!!! So being Virgin Active and how they love giving surprises to people i received yet another today (17/11/2017) stating that i am over due on my payment!!! so speaking to a supervisor "Lezlee" from the head office she stated if i cancel i will have to pay a cancellation fee, of which i asked her why when i was told other wise from they consultants furthermore how is it that they CAN CANCEL OUT THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE ONLY IF I TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! if this isn't **************** i don't know what is!!! I WILL NEVER USE VIRGIN ACTIVE EVER AGAIN!!!!
