False advertising to get a customer in contracts

The worst service I have ever had. They omitted information on the sale of the contract to catch me to sign up and then once I did and wanted what I was supposed to get I was slapped with an unknown fee of over R1800.00. They would rather me cancel my ocntract, which now i am forced to do, than make this right. I've been trying to resolve this (one-sided) as they don't follow through or call back, for over a month! Not the consultants or managers want to take responsibility and trying to get someone senior to this is impossible as their information is all hidden and the call centre tells you there are no managers!
