False Advertising Sold

<p>I Joined virgin active south gate in August 2016 and was told by the consultant that I can downgrade anytime for free, I'm trying to downgrade because I'm unemployed now im told I must pay a fee and when I speak to some consultant from Capetown she told me they only started enforcing this fee this year when asked if we as gym members were notified she said she said she was not sure which means no.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin active is making changes to our contracts without notification this is false advertising bcoz what we signed should be standard I need answers ????? The consultant did not even help me out</p>
