False advertising Poorly informed Staff

Three months back I was approached by a sales lady from Virgin Active Hillcrest Durban and she informed me of a promotion that Virgin Active had The deal was if I signed up I would be able to go to any Virgin Active at a price of R410 per month and this would be available until Covid was over.I took the deal signed up and informed my brother and he too signed up for the same deal.Since I was able to go to any Virgin Active I did excatly that but now my problem is the closest gym to me is in westville and now I have been informed that the price I’m paying only allows me to go to a certain gym which is out off my way Firstly the salesperson stated that the deal was until Covid ends and not in three months time plus I signed up in hillcrest not overport where I’m being informed is the gym I should be uterlising and my brother has the same issue
