False Advertising + Poor customer service & Ethics

I had Joined Virgin active when the promotion was pay R1350 joining fee, train 24 times in a month and receive a adidas voucher for R1300, which I had done as instructed. I then waited since October and never got any feedback from Virgin active regarding the voucher. I called them yesterday and spoke to Tobeka, from the head office, she told me that there is nothing that she can do to help me and that I do not qualify for the voucher. She then said that I should speak to the person club that signed me up. This is so frustrating as even the club I train at on Saturday morning told me that they can not help me and I need to contact head office. I asked that the matter be escalated and had the phone purposely put down on me. I am so fed up in dealing with this gym. I want my money refunded and my contract cancelled. I do not wish to have anything to do with this type of company. There are plenty other gyms around. I am sure that Richard Branson would never tolerate any of his customers being treated the way I was. This really is false advertising and is now taking up my time in order to sort all this out. Utterly disgusted!!!
