False Advertising of Promotion

I signed up on a promotion of July and August for free , yet I wasn't able to attend in August because they claimed that I had to pay for the free month and I kept telling them payment would start in September and they were in breach of the contract and they promotion and I'd like for this to get resolved and be compensated for this month they made me loose out on and the people that work their kept trying to fix but it seems like they just want money and don't care about the customers, I spoke to them several times and also got one who dropped the phone as I was explaining and they refuse to fix the issue.
