False advertising of getting free months after paying certain months

I joined virgin active when they a special offer you get 1st month free then pay 2 months and you will get 2 months free. I was supposed to get this free months for November and December. I still haven't received anything even after numerous complaints with the gym I joined and also the call centre. They promise its fixed and then Debit order still goes through.
