False advertising

Virgin active advertised 2 months free membership when I took out a contract it’s the only reason why I took this contract really.. now they have debt collectors on my back demanding these very 2 free months.. please cancel this contract if I’m no longer getting my 2 months free.. got no energy in me too constantly fight these people
