FALSE ADVERTISING

One star is too much for the service and treatment I have been getting from Virgin Active lately. I joined the club early this year, and I was offered a special discount by Kgotso virgin active Rosebank. He told me that the discount he gave me will expire after 12 months, and I have access to the gym at any virgin active. The first week of November, I went to Honeydew Virgin Active, and I was denied access. The reason was "I joined under Horizon." I don't even know where that is. I had to beg them, as I was already in my gym outfit. The following day, I went to Rosebank, but I could not find Kgotso. I was assisted by the other lady, and the lady was so rude, telling me that I am getting better benefits from Rosebank and that I should be thankful and stop complaining now that the promotion is over. I have requested a transfer, and Khotso promised me that the transfer would be done. I went to Northgate, and I was denied access, and I started begging them to open as if I were not paying. Your service is parthetic. You are so quick to debit our money but so lazy to assist you client.
