False advertising

Isn't it sad when you eagerly join the gym again with the promise of getting 2 months free and then virgin active deducts the installment? Putting my account in arrears again. Tried to call R40 worth of airtime is depleted, R115.00 deducted from the back and emails that are NOT Responded to. Horrible service
