FALSE ADVERTISING BY VIRGIN ACTIVE

My husband and i joined Virgin Active Menlyn (from Planet Fitness) in September 2019 mainly because we were offered a free bag and a money back voucher. We received the bag but to date no money back voucher. I have made several calls to virgin active to query this and all they tell me is that my query has been escalated and that i will be called back. Six months later and still no voucher in sight! This to me is in actual fact false advertising and action needs to be taken against virgin active!In actual fact i have the right to cancel my contract with them as they have failed to deliver on their obligations! VA is just another big corporation trying to get business by lying to people.
