False Advertising by Fores**** Virgin Active in Cape Town

Am a Virgin member and the trainers there are great. I just didn't like the false advertising they did in July 2019. The advert said "If you refer a friend and they sign-up to join the club then you will get a bag". I referred a friend of mine (Phindile) to Litha at the Fores**** Virgin active were i train. She did sign-up with the club and i didn't get my bag instead I was told by Litha that the bag are out of stock and the sooner they get, he will give me a bag. So sales people are using us as members to get more people to sign-up and do false advertising. Unhappy member.
