FALSE ADVERTISING

I have been trying to get into virgin active with the promo they are advertising with Terms and Conditions that if you join on the 1st till the 31st they will debit November and December and January will be on them. Been a Battle with Robert from Head Office telling me about them having a new promotion and i cant take what they are advertising on billboards as they have a new promo code. Im so disappoint for such a big company to mess around with clients. its the last day today and still no direction forward from the heads that created this mess.
