False advertising and K*K service

I wish it was possible to give no star. 1 star is too much for the service we have received from Virgin Active Bellairs in North riding. We were sold lies by Trevor in March. We have been debited more than the agreed amount the managers are flat out ignoring us. This experience has been the worst to be honest. The biggest inconvenience. We were even told by the manager that sales consultant's (Trevor)word against ours when we complained about all that's been happening. Trevor **** to us to secure a sale!!!
