False advertising and bad customer service Cresta Virgin active

In December a lady by the name of Charity came to Cresta offering my wife and I gym membership, she said there's a promotion that they running with getting a gym bag, bottle, headphones and getting free months after paying certain months. The payment part was indeed fulfilled but not the bag and other items initially promised, days went by I reached it out to her to her saying she'll get back to me and there's no stock, I understood, she is now changing the online deal that I saw and saying that if we should get 5 more clients to join they're membership then we will be applicable to receive the gym bags etc.
