False advertising

I joined Virgin active in December 2014 and i was told that somebody is going to call me and take me for a tour but i waited until 15 December then i decided to go and do a tour myself , then some lady ask me if i can join a booster thing so i said yes and up to today no one phoned me as i was promised a personal trainer (booster) and i was also promised a bag of which i don't have so i decided to cancel my membership and now they are telling me about the cancellation fee of which it wasn't mentioned when they came into my office to ask me to sign up
