FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

me and my partner joined virgin active last about 4 months ago with the promotion to get an adidas voucher if train 24 times before end of november and i have done so, i have been waiting till now and called them many times with no assistance, finally got assistance and i was told i do not qualify as i was paying cash in store every month and not via debit order, this was NOT told to me by the sales person and this is false advertising and pathetic service, we both want to cancel and not use this gym as there are plenty other gyms around as i was with planet fitness for 3 years and the service is MUCH BETTER. we both want to cancel and have nothing to do with virgin active ever again.
