False advertising

Been with virgin active red jabulani mall for some time, the contract ended n i call for cancelation as i wasn't going to gym due to work, after some time i recieved a call from 1 of the sales representative from the branch, he offers me same contract(199 per month), but this time i will get 1 month free,he convinced me to come to the branch, i went n i signed the contract, upon my first debut order the agreed amount wasn't 199,but it was more, immediately i called and questioned virgin active head office, the story they tell me and that of the sales representative differ, so reversed the debit order, by that time i had stopped going to gym,basically the representative **** to me to get his sales up,so i called and asked to get the contract canceled, they say i cant cancel, but the guy said i can cancel at anytime with no extra cost, now i recieved calls from Shapiro attorneys on behalf of virgin active, there is a fee i have to pay, unfortunately i cannot pay that, firstly the representative gave me false information, and this is ruining my name with creditors, please help
