False advertising

<p>I joint virgin active during the last week of March and on joining I signed a two year contract. Since I joint during their promotion period I received a bag and was told I was going to get cash back for my April gym fee and that cash back would be equivalent to my monthly gym fee R400. Today I received cash back of only R250, I spoke to the guy who recruited me (Clinton) about why an I receiving an amount less than what I was promised and he told me the head office makes the allocation for the cash back process, but how on earth can I be given an amount less than what was communicated to me upon signing my contact. This is not right!</p>
