False adverti*****t

In January a email went out to all virgin active members stating if you signed up a friend, you received 500 off a pair of shoes. Needless to say I signed up a friend and there was no such thing. Our gym didnt know anything about it. I contacted customer services twice and I've contacted the manager of the gym twice and no one has the decency to get back to me. Don't advertise something if it's not true!!!!!
