False Adverting - Free subscription promise that was not honored

I signed up for membership after a social media ad, offering a 50% discount for 3 months. I only received 35% discount; Virgin Active is purposefully falsely advertising a promotion that they are not offering. I was offered a one-month free subscription effective January or February; I DID NOT receive the promised discount. Your marketing departments is purposefully deceiving clients with their promotions, and I want my free subscription that I was promised!!!!!!!
