Failure to stop my membership

I went to virgin active sandton before 22nd of November to cancel my membership and I was told I need to contact vitality to cancel my membership and vitality which I did as they could not cancel my membership at the club. Now i got debited in DEC but my Vitality was cancelled end of November. My partner managed to cancel her membership at the club.
