Failure of internal processes causing a paid membership to be blocked

I upgraded my membership from standard to premium. There was an admin fee of R60 involved to do the upgrade which I also find bizarre seeing that I will spend more money now. I was sent a payment link and actioned it on the same day. Money off my account plus I received a payment approved confirmation from net cash.

Now my membership has been blocked over R60 which was not picked up due to internal process failures but I already paid my membership for the month.

Shocking!
