Extremely unhappy with Virgin Active

I was furious to find out that Virgin Active automatically renewed my contract without even notifying me. I went to cancel my contract at Virgin Active Key West, just to find out they renewed my contract. Who gave you permission to do this. Payment for the month went off again and bounced...I explained that I can't go to gym anymore because of my wife's elder's health that have taken a drastic turn and that I have to help them both. You can phone Moria Tehuis and ask about Ouma Rita Steyn that turned 88 last Monday. I have to drive Oupa Steyn to her because he is being taken care of by us. Can I just please cancel??? The girl made it clear that I have to pay the outstanding before I can close it. I paid it and today when I went to close it they said sorry but you have to pay the outstanding fees.
