Extremely Disappointing Service from Virgin Active Claremont

Terrible service from the sales consultant at Virgin Active Claremont.

Account cancelled without my permission. Then I got a “new membership” which they have been unable to link to vitality.

I’ve been in 4 times to get this resolved. Asking for confirmation of it being fixed every time. I have not had a single call back and my vitality is STILL not linked to my gym membership.
