EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Am so DISGUSTED with the Poor, *********** Service of Virgin active Head office Staff!!!! Last year November 2022 i joined the Black Friday special, Feb & March not Supposed to Pay as per their advert!!! February a Debit order was made of which they were NOT supposed to DEBIT AT ALL. put in a query on the 28th of Feb 2023 so that they can Deposit my money back into my account was told to wait for 3-4 working days, on the 9th March i called again was told to wait AGAIN for another 3-4 working days, today (16th March 2023) was told the lady who was supposed to process my money"FORGOT" to process it so i must wait for another 3-4 working days. Like really whose fault is it that she forgot to process the money???? So now they making their problems mine!!!!!for their own NEGLIGENCE.

VIRGIN ACTIVE IS REALLY TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE!!! THEY'VE GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME!!!
