Extremely bad service from Virgin Hq

So My Daughter and i sign up satuday with Virgin, we had a year contract, the after the year stopped for 5 month, and rejoined. Monday, we go gym. Teusday i get phoned and told no i cant gym anymore becuase 17 years ago i did not pay for 4 months. 17 Years is Virgin on cheap drugs. Then i tell them okay cancel both contracts, we are only 3 days in to the 5 day cooling off period so no fees owning. Needless to say my debit order was said to go off 30th of month. Surprise they still run a debit order on the 25 july. After i received a mail stating it was cancelled. So now i have to carry bank cost for something that was not ment to go off in first place.

Is this how Richard Branson does business in the rest of the world or is it just we poor South Africans that must take thid kind of **** from this power house cooperations.

Note to any one that is thinking of joining any Virgin club, stay faaaaar away from this ass holes.
