Extremely bad service

I am Very disgruntled by the service from the virgin active. I never signed up for Virgin active, yet i am getting debit orders. I disputed them. I am calling to establish as to whats happening but your head office is being useless, They are forcing me to acknowlege that i signed up for nembership, where as i did not. From their system it shows it was signed up in Bluff. I have never in my life been to bluff, Im residing in Benoni. They get irritable and impatient and eventually hanging up the call without resolving my problem, making it as if its my fault. Kindly resolve this issue before i involve my lawyers
