Extremely Bad Customer Service

This is a problem that has been going on for over a year where the a lady named Maria working at Virgin Active Horison refuses to take care of my kids when dropping them off. We have spoken to numerous managers in the branch as well as the Branch manager (Vusi) who refuses to do anything about it instead they all cover up for her. I have made numerous appointments with Vusi to try and resolve the matter who just does not pitch up when I get to the branch...<br> <br> Yesterday when trying to resolve the matter insisting that we would like to speak to the regional manager as we are not getting any luck with Vusi a lady by the name of Busi turned around and danced with another client in the reception area as we were waiting to be serviced.<br> <br> I would like to speak to someone to try and resolve this as the matter as it has been going on for over a year.
