Extra mile

I've been a member who has been struggling to get cards for my 2 young ones from other virgin actives,I then called in at Cradlestone 2 weeks ago spoke to a lady called Zee and she assisted me into getting cards as me and my wife are in different provinces, but Zee went the extra mile by making laminated copies of the original cards for me so that my wife can keep the originals,I honestly am happy because she was patient with me went out of her way and effort to help me and my family.<br> Your assistance is highly appreciated as she was very humble,patient and willing to help, from the bottom of my heart thank You so much for being a wonderful V.A Employee you truly are amazing ......
