Exploitative Business and Terrible Service

Virgin Active is completely exploitative and provides the the worst customer service. Their customer care center does not answer the phone or, if they do, they leave you on hold endlessly. One has to call back repeatedly to get a clear answer because their consultants are so poorly trained and unprofessional. They do not give full disclosures and bind clients with vague terms that are not recorded anywhere on their website or membership contracts. And when called upon for an explanation they become incredibly arrogant and defensive. I'm a still in shock over my last interaction with this company.
