Exiting a Virgin membership

Absolutely appalled by the customer service when trying to cancel a membership. All I asked for was to cancel my subscription and the service person was not interested and just wanted to sell me more stuff. Each time I asked him to cancel he pushed more sales onto me. I was not interested and just wanted to cancel the subscription. He even moaned at me when I needed to get more assertive with him. Really! Great service! NOT!
