Excessive load music in 'The Grid' area of the gym

For the past week the music volume in 'The Grid' area of the Honeydew Virgin Active has been excessively load. The sound travels in such a way that you can hear where the music is coming from as you enter the front door of the gym. I go to the gym at when the doors open in the morning, i.e. 5am weekdays and 6am weekends. I did not count the number of times that I have asked but today was at least the 3rd time that I asked if the volume could please be turned down in that area (The Grid) but my requests are ignored. As I exited the gym today I asked the reception about the high volume and she confirmed that another member also came down from the upstairs gym area and asked for the volume to be reduced and that she did indeed relay the request to the Manager On Duty. It is extremely unpleasant to gym if the volume is above tolerable levels and indeed, such a high volume is unhealthy. Can I please ask that this issue be investigated. I have brought it to Virgin Active's attention before that the volume in 'The Grid' area of this gym is problematic in that it is extremely load when the music in the rest of the gym is set to pleasant levels. I suspect it is because there are many loudspeakers in 'The Grid' area and very few loudspeakers in the rest of the gym. I wish to confirm that except for the load music problem in 'The Grid' area I enjoy the Honeydew Virgin Active gym experience, the excellent facilities and the friendly staff.
