I am a member at 320 Red active club and I am very much impressed with the following instructors Sphelele , Skha, Busi, Nhle and Phiwe

They are so professional always on time and every training session they always come prepared and ready to get us energized am able to see result from their training sessions. I personally need Virgin Active to ensure that we keep such instructors and invest in grooming them in order for us members to reap the rewards.
