She was very quick to respond to my query and I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, in your customer support division. Her calm, patient manner was a great help to me when i was about to abonden my membership. Her attitude and her remarkable problem-solving abilities are appreciated. Even though I didn't get what I wanted, with her skills she still managed to retain me. She's the best.
