Excellent person

I recently had a problem with Virgin active whereby they didnt credit me for some visits which resulted in my membership with discovery cancelling - I spoke to Robyn Jonathan who followed up with all the relevant people and sorted this out for me. Such a friendly and passionate lady. There should be more willing staff like her employed - an assest to deal with
