Excellent customer service!!!!

I would like to thank Ferial Davids for the EXCELLENT SERVICE she delivered to me and my fiance today.<br> <br> She took the time to listen to our query/problem and understood the situation we are in and managed to come up with a solution for us.<br> <br> She requested that i put our query in writing and send it directly to her. She called us back within less than an hour giving us feedback and a fantastic solution to our problem.<br> <br> I must say that she definitely gives Virgin Active a wonderful image and she should be given a reward for her excellent service she delivers.<br> <br> Out of all the staff at customer care that we dealt with, including the Bluff branch manager, she was the only person who took the initiative to find a solution, giving us honest feedback and going the extra mile.<br> <br> We hope that she receives the recognition she deserves from her management and company. Noting that they need more staff like her.<br> <br> Words cannot describe how happy we are that our problem was solved, Thank you once again Ferial.<br>
