Excellent customer service

I joined Virgin Active Lenasia in September. I've attended spinning classes and had 4 different instructors. Michael is the only instructor that took the time out to chat to me, as he identified I'm new to his class (he does this with every new attendee). He asked if I have any injuries, explained to me how to operate the bike, adjust the resistance and even adjusted the bike for me based on my hight. The other instructors didn't bother. It seems like I'm expected to know what happens in a spinning class, even though this is new to me. I wish all the instructors were as welcoming as Michael. @Michael please keep up the great job. Your efforts are appreciated.
