Excellent Customer Service
what a way to start my day, i contacted the Virgin Active call centre and spoke to lady by the name of Nomvuyo Quwe regarding my gym membership.<br> talk about the sweetest soul that made my day and ensured I understand everything.<br> i would like to Thank Nomvuyo for her excellent Customer Service, keep up the good work :)
