Excellent customer service

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service from the Reception department , the reception service from Nohlahla ,Thembi and Paulina,their service is excellence in that reception. should you find one of them at the reception point , they will make sure that you enjoy your workouts just by how they welcome you from the entrance. that spirit of welcoming the members is on them!!! ( thumb up ) They have got full knowledge of how they should treat their members . When we need assistance on any kind of queries they go all out and assist accordingly and makes sure that you leave the reception satisfied. i am not going to point how they have assisted me , but all the times when i have got issues they do assist with no doubt .

They make me feel home and for that i salute them . keep it up ladies !!!
