Excellent Client Service

I Joined the club on the 27/11/2015 and was assisted by Solly and i received a sports bag as part of October's promotion. About 3 days later i noticed that my had a factory fault and i reported the matter to Solly which he escallated to the relevant department and they replaced my bag with a new one.<br> <br> Solly handled the query in a professional manner and also gave progress updates on my query. He must keep up the good and friendly client service. Portrayed good TCF principles.<br> <br> Well done!
